The Phinney Mini house is small but mighty 🏡
This 1907 Seattle farm cottage was thoughtfully modernized by @best_practice, who clad the modern addition in our Gendai® yakisugi in a Linseed Black finish. The home now sports an ofuro, a traditional Japanese soaking tub, accessed indoors and out through accordion doors that connect the tub to the exterior living space.
