Nestled in the Vermont countryside, this home is clad in our Gendai® Weathering Stain Silver, blending seamlessly into its surroundings. The modern farmhouse-style architecture uses our 1×8 profile, lending a sense of strength and solidity, while the soft gray tones of the weathering stain express a relaxed, harmonious feeling. The photos were taken shortly after completing the project, with the gray remaining relatively dark and the charred brown layer beneath still visible. With exposure to sun and rain, the exterior will naturally weather to a coastal gray within a year, creating a low-maintenance patina that ages gracefully over time.
