A Multifamily Home, Gable Yard Project Clad with Gendai® Linseed Black Featured on Dwell

A multifamily home in Detroit clad in Gendai® Linseed Black functions as part design studio, part neighborhood gathering spot. Designed by Chelsea Hyduk in collaboration with Michelle Kleinman, the two-unit residential building was built using precut structural insulated panels with oriented strand board left raw on the interior, reflecting Chelsea’s experience working with prefabricated homes. Read more about the project on Dwell.
